Arrival time

Due to limited time allocated to the procedure, please arrive in a timely manner, thus not shortening the scheduled time of the procedure and allowing our specialist to complete the procedure. If you have any unplanned delay, please inform the SPA Salon Administration at +371 29 340341. You may still be able to adjust your booking. The maximum allowed delay time for procedure is 5 to 10 minutes, depending on the procedure type.

Preparation for the procedure

All necesery items needed for prcidure will be provided by salon (single hat, single use underware, towels, etc.). All you need is a good mood and a desire to rest. It is advisable to remove all of your jewelry prior to appointment.
If you have health issues, allergies, you are pregnant or have other reason which couse an increase or decrease in blood pressure, heart pain or other medical issues, please inform the specialist who is will perform procedure. This will allow us to provide the most appropriate procedure.
Do not hesitate to ask questions and express your wishes. The specialist will appreciate if you will provide feedback during the procedure to make sure that you feel as good as possible. If there is any discomfort, inform your specialist.

Gift vouchers and their use

A gift card can be used over multiple visits. You can plan the procedure and use the amount donated to you by visiting us several times. Gift vouchers are available for any amount you desire and any procedure included in the offer. The recommended gift card validity period is 6 months, however, we will accept it if you wish to use a gift card purchased 6-12 months in advance.

We would kindly ask you to observe the silence in premises of Old Riga Garra Rufa SPA, turn off the mobile phone or set it to silence mode during procedure.

After the procedure, you are welcome to stay and enjoy the moment of calm while enjoying the tea rituals!
